Basic Clean Wordpress Theme - repost

Hello. I would like a Wordpress Theme Created which looks like this: [login to view URL] I require the following: 1 - I do not need the images and content. You can use it for test purposes, but I have my own Wordpress Gallery and I simply want this theme to be on it instead. 2 - I require the functions that the theme has, such as the red highlighting of the menu to indicate which category you are, and the slideshow pinned to the bottom of the screen to allow easy navigation through each categorized gallery. 3 - I require a gap in the navigation between the categories/galleries and the About Me and Contact Pages. 4 - A previous freelancer was close to completing this for $140 but for an unknown reason aborted the project. I do not expect this project to take anymore than a couple of days. Please only bid if you can meet my requirements, or you will be wasting your own time as you won't get a penny if you do it wrong, like the previous Freelancers have done. Thanks
