Banner logo design - 2 images required

I have a company logo & would like to have someone design 2 different images for me to use as banners on presentations, website, etc. A typical size I am looking for is 2400 x 318 pixels, but am flexible with a proposal. The images are to be in JPG, single layer format for size.
My current logo is black on white, but I would like one of the designs to be a black background, the other with a pale blue (I will provide a sample). The lettering of the company name is Arial which I want to keep, but I would not be opposed to the name being reduced in size according to what looks good.
The image that I would like on black, I would like to have a laser neon green colour to be in the background (what I am thinking of is a sight you see in some movies of a dark room with smoke & a neon coming out in a pyramid type of shape). I am open to suggestions.
