AdSense Optimized Webpage (or similar)

I want a website that makes me money and a MINIMUM of $50US a month. The objective of this project is to design a website that will make at least $50US/month as a passive income. Can provide track record. • Serious wanting to extend cooperation to future projects Project description • Suggestion: preparation of 3 concepts for the webpage; I will then be selecting the one to work on. • Copywriting: preparing a minimum of 3000 words of text material for the webpage. Cut/pasting from existing webpages (wikipedia etc) will not be accepted; material must be new. If you can convince me that less will do go ahead and try, but if not done before official project start then I will require that minimum amount of text. No adult content, no racially discriminating or politically incorrect material will be accepted. Material must respect current US law and should not infringe on any copyright. • Website graphics: Preparing a simple but graphical profile for the website. • Website: Preparing the actual website • Adsense integration and optimization: Website content should be adsense optimized and an adsense account should be created and integrated to the website. Delivered with login and password. The use of other affiliate programs is welcome as a suggestion Optional Picture banks: if you want to you can purchase cheap pictures from picture banks and I will be paying you for all expenses made when shown proof of payment. Otherwise just refer me to the picture bank and I will do the actual purchase.
