Custom Blogger template to match existing website

Need a custom-designed Blogger (Blogspot) template to match an existing html/xhtml website as closely as possible. The main site is based on this template: [url removed, login to view] which we have modified slightly.
We would like the Blogger blog integrated seamlessly into the existing site, so that when visitors click the 'Blog' link in the main navigation menu, they are directed to the blog, which looks as much as possible like the 'Blog' page in the HTML template.
The blog must include the same logo/header, drop-down navigation menu and general design as the web pages, but this is a brand new site, still in development, so we can be a little flexible as to how the Blogger elements are incorporated.
