Debt club

Hi, I am looking for a web site design for a online membership club for people who are in debt. It will provide articles, resources, tips and links to products and services. I need a nice banner heading and a good facility to upload articles and links etc. into the template on a regular basis. The site must be linked to a good auto-responder for our email follow –ups and ezine. I am looking for a reliable designer and one who I can work with on an ongoing basis if need be. I also appreciate creative input and suggestions to help make the site functional and workable. Please don’t blind me with scripts, php’s or what ever because I am not a programmer! All the copy writing, links and content will be provided. I am looking to have the basic site completed within 1 weeks and to begin uploading content thereafter. This is a nice project for someone who is creative, knowledgeable and has marketing awareness and can provide clean, uncluttered work. Peter
