Decrypt Zeus config file v3

I need to know the decrypted contents of a ZeuS bot config file, and also be provided with a detailed documentation on how the contents were decrypted. This documentation needs to be detailed enough for me to be able to replicate myself to verify the results of the decryption. I have the binary ZeuS config file, (version 3) and the ZeuS executable which retrieves and reads this config file. This is NOT version 2, which can be decrypted by ThreatExpert's free tool. ZeuS tracker verifies this is a version 3 config file, and I have tried the version 2 tool and it does not work. In summary, I will provide you with a ZeuS .exe file and it's associated binary config file. I will want back a plaintext version of the config file, and documentation detailing the procedure used to decrypt the config file to the point that I can duplicate the procedure myself to verify the plaintext results are accurate.
