Access Storage Server Through Limited Sites and IPS No Direct Access

Hi, We are looking for someone to help is in setting Storage server. Here what we want:- * Server should be assessable from few IPS and websites, which we can add and remove easily. * Do not allow direct HTTP access, Ex.([login to view URL] is approved site) * if someone try to access an image directly from browser it should not allow * but if image is called by [login to view URL] it should display * same with all files and folders. * Only a few IPS should be able to upload files to the server, using FTP or command line. This storage server has CentOS with WHM on it. You can make an interface or tell use command line commands. We already tried, blocking HTTP access for all users but allow access to some IP. But its only show image on that IP when called from a web page ([login to view URL]), and do not show to all users. (by activating firewall on server)
