Data extraction (from an online directory) and formatting to fit .XLS

Need to have approx 1100 full business records (with name, addresses, categories, etc) records scraped for a research project. Each record has a separate details page containing all the desired information. Output file should be .xls formatted in the attached format. One empty-field search can take you to all 1114 results, served 20 results at a time, with a "Next" page links at bottom. NOTE: all records have one or more of 15 master categories (with sub-categories) assigned. Most records appear to have 6-7 total sub-categories assigned, some have no categories assigned, however some have 25 or more categories assigned. It is VITAL that we format the categories in one of the formats below where we start with the "Master Category" followed immediately with "->" (hypen+right arrow bracket) followed immediately by (in most cases) a "SubCatA", then "->", then either another "SubCatB", then "->", then "Category" (see sample records in the attached .xls spreadsheet) Master Category->SubCatA->CategoryABC (note: this entire string of text is needed for CategoryABC) Master Category->SubCatA->SubCatB->CategoryMMM (note: this entire string of text is needed for CategoryMMM) Master Category->SubCatA->SubCatB->SubCatC->CategoryXYZ (note: this entire string of text is needed for Category XYZ) NOTE: the divider symbols between the Master Categories and SubCats and Categories should be replaced with "->"...no spaces or long dashes, etc. The site we are pulling from use "space" "|" and "space" as their divider --- we want to replace that with "->" The directory is located here: [login to view URL] The full set of search results are here: [login to view URL] The business details page for the 1st business record (A M King) is here: [login to view URL] The business details page for the 3rd business (A&B Process Systems) record showing SubCats is here: [login to view URL] I will attached a sample data format if you'd like to see it.
