CHAT and Need unique visitors, permanent links,....

I need 30 permanent links, 1000 unique visitors for site daily for 5 days and out of those visitors at least 30 should download free software or become regular users in my chat. Visitors should speak either english, spanish or french. DOs -one way (non reciprocal) high-quality relevant permanent links. -One link per domain only -Linking page must not have more than 20 existing links per page -All links must be indexable by Googlebot -Linked Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage -All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method - No spam emails -Links must be static- no redirects, scraper or mirror sites, cloaking, or anything banned by Google. -Links must be clearly visible to visitors on the site and should not have any restrictions such as rel=”nofollow.” -All links must be static, plain, standard a href type text links and direct using provided anchor text -Links must be spread out over a week. -Link page must already be indexed and RECENTLY cached (within the last 2 months or so) by Google and Yahoo!. -Link page should be only from Spanish language sites DO NOT -No directory listing links -No article submission -No JavaScript or redirect script -No Black Hat SEO. -No comment links -No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted) Looking for long term as I own other sites and will build more within the next 3 months.
