You will need to find bloggers who would write about the service and any other "news" or similar sites who might be interested in publishing about something special. The site that is to be promoted is located at http://www.catchmyblog.com. A blogger can easily blog about it and therefore earn publicity. Because of that it shouldn't be complicated to convince others.
