Create Powerpoint Slides from Access

I am currently setting up a survey with 250 questions. There are approximately 300 respondents to the survey. All reponse data are stored in an Access database where I am doing my calculations.
I would like to setup a mechanism to create Powerpoint slides based on this data in ms-access.
Every respondent will get a customized presentation. So I simply would like to select some options (choices) in the access database, click on "go" and then generate approx. 15 charts on 15 different slides.
I don't want to have the chart linked to the data, because I have to send the charts to them without the data sheet.
Who has ever done this ?
