Convert existing C++ video stream plugin to .NET (sockets, jpeg2000, reverse engineering?)

I'm looking to speak with a very talented developer that can port an existing video plugin (source code available online) to a usable .NET control I want a control that can effectively broadcast over a custom Yaho Messenger client. It appears that JPEG2000 is used in some way. There is a lot of available information (and integrations) out there regarding this: [login to view URL]~mdadams/jasper/ [login to view URL] [login to view URL] High level requirements are: 1. create simple .NET application to connect to yah messenger, login, and start the webcam 2. accept view request from external user 3. broadcast webcam stream (or fakewebcam stream) to end user I have more details but if you can't do the above then you won't be able to meet my requirements anyway.
