Calling Exchange Management Shell Cmdlets from Managed Code

Hi I need some help to have the attached code working on my system the code comes from [login to view URL](v=exchg.140).aspx but when I run it on my system I get an authentication error I'm not able to understand unfortunately the OS (and the error) is in Italian here is a translation *Error code: 5 TransportMessage: Access is denied. Message: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message: The WinRM client: unable to process your request. The authentication mechanismrequested by the client is not supported by the server or the traffic is not encrypted is disabled in the service configuration. Check the setting in the configuration of the traffic is not encrypted service, or specify one of the authentication mechanisms supported by server. To use Kerberos, specify the name of the computer as a remote destination. Also make sure the client computer and the target computer to be part of a domain.
