Simple project planning application that will have a GUI and will be stand alone. The software will provide an interface for the user to enter task network table manually with Activity;Description;Predecessor;Duration as the column. The user can also select and upload a simple comma delimited text file (CSV). The application should detect conflicts if there is any and tell the user to reenter data if it is invalid. The user can have the application draw a task network. The application has to compute the sum of task duration for each path and the application will detect and highlight the critical path.
This has to be coded in either C# or Visual Basic (I prefer VB)
You may use any algorithms you feel fit, however I must have the source code and any related algorithms used cited if it is not homegrown.
