Create text sync animation in After Effects [Russian]

I have 2 voice overs in Russian . (23min / 06min) Each voice over need to have on screen text to match the voice over in sync. No effects or fancy animation needed. (Not even Fade in/out) - Only one paragraph of text on screen and synced. That's it. - White text over black background. Please see attached reference. ([login to view URL]) <- This is how the final edit should look like (Only text paragraphs on black screen Background) Files will include: 1. Voice Overs Russian (2 files) 2. Voice Over Scripts (2)(So you can copy/paste the text) You must know fluent Russian to take this project.
