Create a animated video for my presentation

Hi, I need a animated educational based video created, something like as shown here: [login to view URL] I will provide the script (story board) and then the voice over also, Your job is to make the animated video first - show it to me, get it approved (there will be changes which i will request) from me and then i send you the voice over - which you will sync with the script. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rough STORY BOARD (not yet final - expect changes to this) scene 1 - the earth explodes scene 2 - the planetary boundaries picture contained in slide 2. scene 3 - introduction to “Dali the rice" (our character) scene 4 - dali is in a rice field which is flooded by water - i.e. normal growing conditions) scene 5 - show a lot of insects in the rice field with a sick/poorly farmer scene 6 - show the rice paddy being covered in pesticides - and the pesticides seeping into the soil and the ground water underneath the soil and building up. scene 7 - show gas coming from the soil up into the atmosphere scene 8 - the earth almost explode - and freeze scene 9 - rewind through the scenes back to a picture of a happy earth scene 10 - introduction of a truck with United Nations written on the side, and the truck dumps out some boxes. scene 11 - zoom in on one box which it the picture in slide 12 - Responsible consumption and production scene 12 - Dali is back in the rice field. and instead of continual flooding, show flood, and then dry, and then flood. scene 13 - zoom in on rice field and show friendly fish and insects scene 14 - zoom underneath soil and show introduction of bacteria to the soil to eat bad bacteria - and the gas goes away. scene 15 - show a few people, joined by some more people, joined by some more people to make a big group. scene 16 - the references *between slides 4 - 7 show Dali getting sicker *between scenes 12-14 show Dali healthier. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You will send me the Entire Source files along with the final video too.
