Create a 2D Animation Explainer video for a Crowdfunding Website

We are looking for a freelancer who could make a 2D Animation Explainer/Promotional Video under 60 seconds for our Company which explains the work what we do . What is the work that we do ? - We are bringing a new Crowdfunding Platform named GoDutch , where people can create a campaign and dutch money for whatever they need . They can crowdfund a Birthday gift , A Childs Education , A Movie Production , Collecting money to pay rent within housemates and the list is endless . In short , they can crowdfund whatever they want to . Also , the Voice Over must be in either UK/US English Accent . So , we need a 2D animated video explaining all this under 60 seconds . Criteria for selection : 1) Past work portfolio 2) Creative Story Line for the Advertisement 3) Talented WorkForce in your team 4) Dedication Note : We are not looking for WhiteBoard Animation here .
