Compile video from slides and audio/video from existing video files

Please follow the instructions at the end of the description when you apply to complete the task.
I have recorded a webinar, but only my face was shown during the webinar, not the slides.
What I need to get done is:
1. Watch the webinar (1 h 10 min) and click through the slides to understand the other steps.
2. Record an HD video that shows the slides only and matches the audio of the recorded webinar perfectly.
3. Send video with slides to me for review and edit according to my feedback (repeat until perfect alignment is reached).
4. Compile a new high quality video consisting of the following parts:
a. Show the first slide of the presentation for five seconds (no audio).
b. Show a video with a short introduction that I will record and send to you.
c. Take the audio of the recorded webinar (from 1 min 20 sec to 1 h 8 min 5 sec) and the video of the slides from step 2 and put them together (ignore video component of recorded webinar).
d. Show last slide of presentation for 10 seconds (no audio).
5. Send complete video to me in mp4 format for review and edit according to my feedback (repeat until high quality is reached).
