Hello, let me know if I understand this correctly! - you have a 5-minute video with a background noise that you would like to be removed - the microphone knocked against the surface creating the knocking noise (Is this only one time?) I can do this for you. The background noise can't be removed completely but it can be minimized a lot. I can use EQ as well to remove most of the unpleasant sound of the microphone. I will also use reverb to make your voice more natural and warm. In the end, I will use compression to make sure your voice stays approximately the same volume throughout the recording. Audio noise can be reduced through an audio mixing software with good equalisers and limiters, though at some cases it cannot be eliminated completely due to the format in which it was recorded in.
