Amazon Playout Stream Setup & Roku Channel Setup

We are need of a Roku channel quickly and setup of an Amazon server to stream to the channel. We simply need the channel to open to our stream, nothing else. You click on the channel and it opens to our streaming video, no images or anything else. This stream will contain on the Amazon side a playlist that will play continuously on Roku without the watcher's ability to fast forward or rewind. We will utilize H.264 video with AAC-LC audio wrapped in a MP4 container. You will be responsible for sending us all files for us to load on our server. You will not have access to our server. You will create a channel for testing to ensure setup is complete on Roku and then you will send us all files and we will setup a Roku testing channel. You will not be paid untill the Roku channel is setup like we want it and the stream is playing without interruption, we've been burned on this site by a developer. The Amazon setup should be able to broadcast the video stream through all mobile applications, various streaming IPTV boxes (Mainly Roku) and through our websites via Amazon web services. The setup should include a simple process for us to add clips to a streaming playlist que. The playlist should play continuously without interruption and repeat. - You will not be given access to our Amazon server but instead you will provide us the files to be added and guidance on how to change code or whatever to make it work as we want.
