Website specification This website (let’s call it [login to view URL]) consists of: 1. One home page: It’s an article of 9000 English words (about 20 pages) 2. Since this article is long (it has 12 points), I want sidebar to allow user to jump from point to point with proper links. Those 12 in-page links needs to be always visible for user to click 3. There is one more link to another article which is just 900 words. 4. I would allow people to comment on my both articles (like WP blog style) 5. I don’t mind using Word Press. But I also accept other solution as long as it can do what I want to do. 6. So visitor’s comments are allowed. 7. There should be a counter displayed prominently showing number people who approves of this article (which we shall call ‘the Manifesto’). 8. There is a link to allow visitor to approve this manifesto. The approval page should allow user to individually approve all the 12 points, or selectively approve part of the 12 points of the manifesto. 9. Visitor’s name and email should be entered before he can submit this approval form 10. An open-source autoresponder (setup on our own dedicated server, not outside service) should handle the submitted approval form. IP address of the visitor should be kept in a SQL database. Visitors name and email should also be kept in the SQL database. 11. Web 2.0 bookmark links should be on the page so people can bookmark this page. 12. Tell a friend script should be there. 13. Contact page should be setup allowing visitor to contact me. The email should use the webmail of this dedicated sever. I have a dedicated server. I will give the coder the password to setup everything for me. When all is approved, I’ll then take back control of this site and I’ll then change the password of it.
