CRE Loaded Webstore

I have a CRE Loaded (oscommerce) shopping cart which has been installed on to a server. I will require some one to customise the look of the site from its basic look. I sell tshirts and am looking for my website to portray this, and if possible I would like a module which would enable me to have clients design their own tshirts which I can print and sell. (this part would be dependant on costs) Also i would like to have data feeds to other sites hence the plugin to generate more hits to my website i have found some of these plugins and will requier them to be installed unless there are some other reccomendations ? I would like to initially use google checkout and paypal as payment gateways. I would also like to to use google adsense and adwords where possible and have the banner space available or incorporated into the design.
