cPanel web-based backup and storage PHP script

I am looking to create a web-based cpanel backup PHP script that has the following features. I currently have a script that I have been using setup to run via CRON that schedules backups and stores them in my home dir. I will attach the script to the script here. This is a very small basic script just to give you a sample or idea how this script works. I have not included the global features here due to the limited space but will be included with the zip file (complete script requirements, script sample and screenshot) Admin Functions --------------- 1. Simple, eye pleasing design and layout for ease of use. 2. Create, terminate, suspend accounts 3. Create free, paid monthly, yearly subscriptions via Paypal 4. Automatically create invoices and send out based on admin rules (days before invoice due) 4. Limit hard drive space for member accounts created 5. Email single or all members with information. 6. view each members account (member profile, HD space used, files stored) 7. Reset users password and send email 8. Limit scheduled cpanel backups gobal or member specfic(how many backups, how many per hour and per day to prevent server load and bandwidth issues) Enduser or members ------------------ 1. Simple, eye pleasing design and layout for ease of use using nice colorful icons. 2. Create cpanel account profiles to backup (CPanel Username, CPanel password, host or IP address, whatever other details are needed to create backup) 3. Each completed backup stored on script server with date download & delete button 4. Account information button to change or update membership information, view & change pricing plan, view paid & due invoices 5. Schedule each cpanel backup. (backup limits should be able to be changed via admin panel) ## Deliverables Global features --------------- 1. Support Windows Browsers I.E. 7+, Firefox 3+ 2. Accounts create once payment is made based on pricing and or hard drive limit plan 11. All cpanel backups should be in cpanel format ([login to view URL]) 12. MySQL database for security 13.
