Alternative Investment Broker

We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated, self-driven brokers for a new Rare Earth Metals Sales Floor. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to achieve high sales volume. The role will see you dealing with private investors in a high tempo environment on a busy sales trading desk. Previous sales experience as a Senior Broker within the Carbon, Diamond, Land, Gold, would be a distinct advantage, full training will be given. What we offer: • Generous Commission Structure • Full Product Training • Leads of Investors • Monthly Perks Potential candidates will have the following characteristics: * Have an existing transferable client base * Have a strong confident telephone voice with excellent vocabulary * Possess confidence and maturity to speak with investors from a variety of backgrounds * Have a pro-active not re-active attitude and approach * To have a no fear of rejection * To be able to ask clients for business Successful applicants will receive the highest paid commissions around with OTE of 40-50k rising to 100k for senior positions.
