JOB DESCRIPTION Your job will be to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week on a weekly paid salary. During the course of your day you will add new friends to multiple facebook accounts. These new friends will be from pre-existing affiliate network marketing groups. For example: Avon facebook group, monavie juice and other product based affiliate network marketers. Message One: Greet the person and request friendship (plant the seed) Message Two: Find common ground, make comments about similar hobbies, or business. (grow seed) Message Three: Pitch the new friend to the product in a well constructed paragraph with your unique affiliate ID link. The close can also be done via facebook live chat. (harvest the plant) STRUCTURE GUIDANCE & TRAINING Each employee MUST have a group skype conversation with the entire team once a day at 8:30AM PST. After the group conversation has finished, new employees will have more attention of myself. We will work together and go through the closing process on a one-on-one basis so that you are caught up to speed. REQUIRMENTS I’m looking for bright minded men that want to make serious money this year. I want to have a boiler room mentality with $,$$$ prizes on top sales for the day. Not prize for biggest sales in a week or month. No, I want biggest sales in one day will get big rewards. So naturally I want the best of the best. That means if your English isn’t good enough or you’re a little slower than average, you will be cut. PAYMENT A) Salary Beginner: 50 USD a 5 day work week salary + Monthly re-occurring commissions. Salary paid weekly, commissions paid on the 15th of the month. Intermediate: 500 USD a 5day work week salary + Monthly re-occurring commissions. Salary paid weekly, commissions paid on the 15th of the month. Team Leader: 1500 USD a 5 day work week salary Monthly re-occurring commissions. Salary paid weekly, commissions paid on the 15th of the month. B) Commission Product is $7.99 USD. It’s very easy to sell because the start up cost is so low and the commissions are viral and apply to everyone, not just yourself. It’s very easy to invite friends and your average user with no technique knowledge. Their success with the system is your success as you have 8 affiliate tiers of potential spin off profit. Tier1 : $2 (direct sales during your 8 hour day) Tier2 : $.25 (when your direct sale, sell’s someone else) Tier3 : $.25 (and the cycles continues for 8 total affiliate tiers) Tier4 : $.25 Tier5 : $.25 Tier6 : $.25 Tier7 : $.25 Tier8 : $.25 C) Bonus Commission In addition to having a commission based on membership subscriptions, we have usage bonus commissions. Which means if the members in your down line use the websites functionality, we pay a bonus to you. Because the payment is monthly, so is your commission. So each month you work with us you will make more then the previous month. Sometimes doubling or tippling in size depending on your sales volume. Remember with multiple affiliate tiers, your income will accumulate quickly. GET STARTED: In order to get started you must commit to the following training rules: 1. ALL facebook accounts and email accounts must have passwords registered with me for personalized skype desktop sharing. Your sales manager will train you on how to better word or structure your conversations to increase your sales. All your dialogs will be recorded in a group CRM for group reflection and conversion improvement. When you have steady sales, this procedure will becomes less frequent and almost non existent. As your skills develop you might be called to be a sales manager and hire your own team of professionals paid by me but under your affiliate tree. 2. You MUST work 8 hours a day 5 day a week. 3. Once a day everyone will meet for a group chat and discuss the day ahead. It will be a good way to come together and talk about strategies for the day. 4.
