I had another Freelancer setup my DNS Servers and I am using a secondary service called [login to view URL], so when my main server goes down there services picks up the records and my clients stay online. Here is the error they are receiving Also I dont think these dns servers our correctly setup need to verify.
Primary Server - Windows 2012 R2
Secondary - Windows 2012 R2
Secondary - [login to view URL]

Looks like it's issue in DNS setting where it's blocking slave replication. Hope I can help you sort out the issue
