cPanel setup on Linux CentOS virtual dedicated server

I have a Linux CentOS virtual dedicated server at Go Daddy with cPanel on it. I need cPanel configured properly so all I have to worry about is loading website script into directories. All this nameserver and DNS stuff is blowing my mind. I also need two empty mySQL databases built and three domain names directed to three directories on the server with sample/welcome html files in each. One of the domain names is registered at Go Daddy and the other two are registered at 101domain. I can give you the location of my server and a temporary password to make changes in cPanel and I'll take screenshots (if necessary) of my Go Daddy and 101domain domain name screens so you can tell me what I need to change to what.
