We have a working but problematic leaf+openswan vpn set up between our office and a colocation facility. Each end has small form factor computer with VIA 1Ghz cpu, plenty of RAM, a 32M IDE flash disk (could be upgraded) and 3 rtl8139 network interfaces. I would like to switch to a more reliable solution that can also support road-warrior connections from windows XP, vista, and linux clients. The system should run in RAM only (no disk access other than for boot up). Maybe flashdist? See the deliverables for details. It also needs to provide firewall and NAT for networks on both ends including port forwarding and QOS traffic control. It should use X509 certificates for authentication (we already have a certificate authority). I need support for windows-based,remote users connecting in "road-warrior" mode. This has to be very easy to set up and initiate for end users and must use X509 certs on the client. I don't know much about BSD and don't have time to learn on my own so I'll need at least an hour or two of shared-screen walkthrough of how to set up and maintain these systems. I have lots of linux experience, but have never used BSD seriously.

## Deliverables

1) VMWare virtual machine based system for testing/training. (one for each end of the system

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

OpenBSD (or you can convince me of the advantage of some other distro) Windows XP and Vista clients.
