Automatic mysql imput script

I need you to create mysql database table and import data (with script) from .csv file.

In each line of the file are three informations. Two are devided by |, the last one is simply last 4 digits of the line. You need to import it each in it's own coloum.

Second part of the project is making a script that will automaticly rename about 6000 .jpg files from 4 digit file name (same as will be in mysql column 3 into name from mysql column 1).

I hope this is understood and it should be pretty simple for person that knows mysql and basic shell scripting or php.

would prefet to have it done immidiately.

Since I need to run out and will not be available much online until Monday I have decided to extend the project and pick the winner on Monday.
