Linux C ou C++ I want an application, which read closed captions from UDP multicast isdb-t stream and convert It into CEA-708 and send the video with the CC throught UDP. ARIB-B24 is the standard for ISDB-T streams, It's transmited into an elementary stream. ATSC standard use CEA-708 CC which is transmited into the video The, in this case h264. Programming language should be C & need only experts which have knowledge on FFMPEG or VLC. The Program could use pipes to read the TS stream.

I worked on BML middleware implementation in isdb-t. I did also few bugfixes for subtitles and closed caption in this protocol. I was few years ago but would be nice to do some work in this topic again.
