Write some software -- 2

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. I am looking at creating a internship and alumni job tracking system for my students. The basic functions should be: 1- an employer can create an account and post a job for alumni or request for an intern (paid or free). 2- the system will allow my career service team to see what the employer has posted and push it to potential students, and also push potential students to the employer to interview. 3- employers will be able to track the internships time, and complete a student evaluation which will be pulled by my career service team to provide a final grade to the student for their program. The employer should also have a basic tracking system around the candidates they have interviewed. Based on these responses, I should be able to evaluate good and bad things of the students4- student can create a profile and attach badges they have earned during their school program. 5- they need to be able to attach a resume and built a profile that is searchable by employers. 6- this profile could be emailed to employers. 7- also alumni should be able to have profiles and attach after school credentials and also be able to search jobs posted by employers.  8-  this shaylin's be connected through a API to my student information system to auto populate the badges and create a badge report
