Hi, I have extensive experience as a Data Warehouse developer, and I know the challenges of automating the import and cleansing of CSV/XLS files into a data warehouse or relational data source. For project item (a), I can develop an ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) job using an open source tool such as Talend for Data Integration (Java-based productivity tool). This job will take care of processing your source CSV/XLS files and loading data into target database. For target database, I suggest using SQL Database from Azure, or just on-premises database. Deliverable is a packaged Java program that can be scheduled or run on demand. For project items (a)(b)(c): For reporting, I have 2 options in mind: Tableau (subscription) or Microsoft Power BI (free or subscription). Hello, I have extensive experience in .Net (C#), working in the software development industry for more than five years i have worked on developing complex applications in almost all areas e.g. Desktop apps, web apps, web services, WPF, WCF, Web API etc. The required tool will be written in C#.Net which will be capable of reading huge data from CSV and excel files using the partially loading chunks of data into memory technique to avoid the memory over load and crashing issue, tool will read 5000/ 10,000 rows at a time (configurable) to deal with the memory issue.
