DirectShow custom video renderer filter design in C++

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. Our goal is to make a customized video renderer filter in DirectShow. In that the media files (video) will be read by DirectShow software utility (in Windows) and will be decoded in video and audio streams. The decoded video streams will be read by the custom video renderer filter and it will push the video and audio data into the FTDI FIFO(provided in the FTDI driver i.e. .dll files). We have a ftdi chip ft601 which is used to transfer the video data from pc to USB.
The ftdi has windows drivers with it and also some example designs. You need to modify the available example design according to our application.
You must have working knowledge of video data and common video formats like YCbCr.
If you have worked with visual Studio and knows some basics of drivers, it's not more than 1 week task for you.
We have very less time, bid only if you have adequate knowledge.

The direct show filter which send the captured data to device driver FIFO is the expected software. This will be experimented without the device driver hence need model details of the device.
