Hi, I would like someone to build these features for me in Python Django Project, I am an App Developer myself, so I would like to take help in the development of backend side. 1. Register Users in Backend via API/ or Adding from Backend Dashboard. 2. Appointments. - via API - with Secure Token. 2. User Authentication. 3. User Authorization to View Different Data as permitted by Backend Administrator. 4. API Module - for different data present in backend module, usually image & text. 5. Upload Data Module directly by App or through Dashboard. 6. Chat System - I will do it myself. 7. Payment System (In 1st Phase, Brief Idea is okay.) - Not necessary in first phase. 8. Server - Heroku/AWS - Deployment - I will prefer Heroku over AWS. 9. Layers of Authorization - Backend Side - Different level of permissions in backend side, will upload their data. 10. SMS Gateway. 11. Notification System.

Hi, I believe what you're looking for is an API that can be built with Django REST Framework. It does solve all the problems with user management, their roles (who can access what), and Python is very easy to integrate with whatever service you need. I don't have much experience with Heroku, but the little tinkering I did in the past showed me that it was very easy and straightforward. About the notification system, what exactly you need?
