DEVELOPING HWID CHANGER

I have an application used for registration of Candidates for an examination. My challenge is that each time I want to install the application on different Computers for some reason like computer crash, I go through time wasting steps of having the software generate different system ID, then am expected to edit the old System ID and replace with the new system ID. I need an application that will allow me use the same system ID on different Computers. Pls note that I use the same computer brand.
