I need a script which creates me a deb-Installer for a 64-bit binary which is based on mono with some non-shared c-libraries (so-files), including a program-icon on the user desktop. The package 'mono-complete' needs to be checked if necessary version exists, if not, it must be upgraded or installed by the deb-installer. Also, only installation on 64-bit systems shall be allowed by this deb-installer. Starting the binary from desktop, the application has to start immediately without any confirmation dialog (no shell script, which is calling the binary and needs to confirm the execution by user).
