Automated data extract from Sage 50 v2014

I need an application to extract data from Sage 50 version 2014, in an automated process, into XML formats. This will require an application that can be scheduled in the Windows Scheduler. Prefer this is developed with Visual Studio v2008, in VB language. I will need all source code for the application. I can provide XSD files (attached) for the XML layouts. If you are familiar with Sage 50 these layouts should make some sense. The extracted XML format files should be placed into a separate folder that can be set based on an ini file. This is a project to extract data to be sent to our division's parent company for their analysis and import to their ERP system. This will be customers, sales reps, items, inventory balances, GL balances, AP invoices, sales orders, and invoices (sales). Please contact me for more details.
