If you want to automate an action after an email, consider hosting the email on a mail server where we can set the action to run when an email comes in to the sever. Checking for the email as you describe requires a cron job that will run every few minutes, it won't be as immediate as you think. Having code click on your behalf on an accept button on a website may or may not work depending if the website has captcha or login requirements.

Hi, I am an experienced software developer having worked for many years as a software developer for telecoms companies, I have have done lots of email integrations and Web scraping utilities so would not be a problem for me to produce this.
