App development for customer check-in and ticketing

Looking for someone to help update our customer check-in system. We're a transportation company that runs shuttles around from our city to different destination. We would like a system that we could use in our office and also on a mobile device (ie android tablet) to check-in our customers. Each customer that checks in will either have a member's card to the destination or not. If they have a member's card we will input it into the system. If the customer has ridden with us before we want their information to populate automatically based on that member card. We wanted to see if it is possible to either scan the barcode to get that number or maybe take a picture and it scans the number for us. This system is suppose to help with efficiency so the easier it is the better. If we can just swipe or scan the card and it auto fills the number for us. If the passenger has ridden with us their information should populate, if not then it'll have a blank profile for us to fill. If we can then either swipe their ID card or scan their ID card to retrieve the information off of it. All of this is done manually with paper and pen so this system that we're looking for is to help with being more efficient. After that info is inputted into the system, passenger will be asked a seat number. A seat ticket will be printed for the passenger. Passenger will be added to a report that will show all the passengers on the vehicle with all their info member id first name last name address date of birth id number seat # This is the general information. A couple more details will be needed. The most important thing is if you can get the card scanner or reader to work with this and a ticket printer. We will need someone that is very knowledgeable on this top and talented. System will require testing and support. Working on a flow chart to help with getting a better idea of what we need.
