Convert an Excel forms file to MS Lightswitch Application

Program MS Lightswitch application to duplicate the functions of an Excel file that uses UserForms to collect and save data to a spreadsheet. The current process is: 1 User selects a scanned tif file, 2 A user form performs OCR on the file and displays it in a form window. 3 The user then selects areas of the document text to be placed into the spreadsheet. 4 When the user clicks an execute button, the Excel userform places the data into the spreadsheet, attaches the tif file to the record through hyperlink and re-sorts the spreadsheet records
