We want to build a API and on top of that a CMS. The API should use json and in the end serve a Mobile APP with json data. The CMS is for handling all the data and users. Short description of the cms: A superadmin should be able to create clients and each client should be able to have mulitple projects/clients. The adding data should be really simple and nice please look at google forms how we want it. A more details description/wireframes etc can be shared in a later stage, Now i just want to get price and compenetnce for doing something like this. So need both a API developer and a frontend to build the CMS frontend with javascript etc. Also would like suggestion if you recommend to build it on any platform like Google Engine/Azure API etc.
