DATA Storage Server

Greeting All , We have a Dell Power Edge Server with Power Vault MD-3000 , we want ti implement this to be our Data Storage that can be serve 10 user in the company under central control , the system admin can be monitor the user : What files has been copied, paste, any kind of actions inside the storage server as well as every user should be access with a special permission. Inside our organization we have 3 part of storage: Part 1: how is responsible for collect the row multimedia and use it in the editing software and save the result in Part 2 Part 2: It is the place with the multimedia stored on it be ready to broadcasting on TV Part 3: This is the most important part in the whole plan is the part how is responsible for Archiving the multimedia that be ready to broadcasting as well as the raw multimedia.
