Create 30 to 60 Top SEOed WordPress Autoblogs that payout!

I'm looking for someone that can create me 30 to 60 WordPress AutoBlogs that are SEOed and have a high CPC that will pay me out a minimum of $5 per day without fail. I'm also looking for someone that can maintain these sites for me along with set them up and keep them ranked high and possibly create more if the need arises. The bidder will also be responsible for either registering the required domain names or providing them to me so that I can register them for him/her for the sites. I haven't yet picked a hosting provider so if you have suggestions on that as well that will be kindly appreciated. If you have a proven track history in this field and can somehow prove it to me then please place a bid or if you have other idea's on how to generate a daily income of $5 or more then I'm all ears as well. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform N/A
