This is a complex site that requires an experienced coder. I am looking for someone to design, slice, and upload (details to be given at end of project) a site for me for a farming association in Australia This job needs to be finished as quickly as possible - the previous designer employed for this has had personal problems and the job is way over schedule. This is the first of many jobs that I would like to take up so please treat this as a possible ongoing work relationship. I am looking for someone who is FAST, efficient, has impeccable design skills and has extensive experience creating complex CMS sites and has also worked from IA wireframe documents previously The project details are as follows: I have a site design that can be adapted and very specific instructions on how it should all look and flow are contained within the specification document The process: First, getting the initial design Mockup created for the site, this should happen within 1 day of acceptance of this bid (I have design for you to work from). I will approve or give feedback 24 hours of you posting the first mockup. There will be no more than 2 total rounds of feedback/changes given. Once the design has been accepted, you will slice up the template and upload to your own server view and approve. I will review the live site within 24 hours of you posting the link and if accepted, I will setup ftp access to my server. The project should be completed in no more than 3 weeks after the project has been accepted. I am very prompt with payment, and clear with communication and detailed in what I expect. Please provide your best work for this project (also ensure the viewing quality is set to high) as I am expecting to do more designs of a simpler nature in the near future. please provide: Examples of CMS sites you have built that have several editable areas within one page.

I am unsure what platform this will require, however a system such as Joomla may be easier to use for this project than a custom built CMS
