There is not a lot of information provided in your project description; however, it seems like you are asking for a standalone solution for a small business, which is something for which I believe FM would be the best and most flexible platform. This would require you to have a copy of FileMaker Pro on the machine you intend to use to house the database, though the information may be shared and accessed elsewhere. Alternatively, I could create either a runtime solution (fully functional standalone program) or a solution based in iOS that would run on an iPad or iPhone and would not require you to invest in the desktop version of FileMaker. My proposal is to arrange a call or video chat to specifically define the functionality you are looking for. Based on the description, I believe I could create a solution with a 72-hour turnaround from the definition. This would have base tables of tenants and spaces (rooms or other divisions) with join tables for bookings, time tracking, or your other related variables. I am not sure given the description how your business works, but I would assume that suppliers would be somehow related to inventory. FM allows many tools for analysis, such as extensive calculations, summaries, instant charting, and report generation.
