Hi, I have gone through details of your project and feel comfortable in providing your required database to maintain your transactions, expenses etc. detail in interactive way and as per need you will be able to see data in easy way. I will use MS Access database application, when you open it.. it will have several options to work on, like add new tenant, update/delete tenant details, add rent details, add expenses done on maintenance etc. .. and you can get a report too for any particular tenant or for any specific time period. Including that you can able to take out print rent receipt for your purpose and can also give feature to email rent receipt to your tenants. hi, I read your description and found that you actually need a software with database. Data Base Structure will have something like 1. Available space for tenants with approx rent amount and time 2. Details of occupied space. 3. Suppliers Details. 4. Accountancy part (like groups,ledgers,vouchers, balance sheet, profit & loss, direct expense etc) 5. Reports for analysis. 6. And should be structured in way that you can add any more details at later time. Since i have expertise in Data Base, management level applications (I already developed a software for micro finance companies ) and a sound knowledge of data analysis and finance sector. Greetings! I'm an experienced FileMaker developer who just started freelancing. There is not a lot of information provided in your project description; however, it seems like you are asking for a standalone solution for a small business, which is something for which I believe FM would be the best and most flexible platform. This would require you to have a copy of FileMaker Pro on the machine you intend to use to house the database, though the information may be shared and accessed elsewhere. Alternatively, I could create either a runtime solution (fully functional standalone program) or a solution based in iOS that would run on an iPad or iPhone and would not require you to invest in the desktop version of FileMaker. My proposal is to arrange a call or video chat to specifically define the functionality you are looking for. Based on the description, I believe I could create a solution with a 72-hour turnaround from the definition. This would have base tables of tenants and spaces (rooms or other divisions) with join tables for bookings, time tracking, or your other related variables. I am not sure given the description how your business works, but I would assume that suppliers would be somehow related to inventory. FM allows many tools for analysis, such as extensive calculations, summaries, instant charting, and report generation.
