Develop access vba module to format query data and export it to excel

Hi I have an access database with a query "qryExportCSIQuestionReport" which outputs data like the Query output tab in the attached spreadsheet. Basically I need an access function that will take the queries results and export it to excel file in the format of the attached tab "Formatted Version" Just like a cross tab query it will need to take the question column and use it as a heading and put the response underneath. The questions can vary each time the query is run, there might only be one question returned or there could be up to 20. I need the questions to go along like the formatted version, there may be an instance where one person is missing a question or two so the question would still need to appear but their response for this question would be blank. Basically all questions in the query output will need to appear as columns. I would also like the headings in the excel file that gets created to be formatted like the attached sheet. For someone who is good with VBA and access queries it shouldn't be too difficult. The end result is i need an access database with one table based on the first tab in the excel file, with a query that returns all results from this table and a vba function that will do the formatting and create the excel file i require. I'm sure its not too difficult to do, I was going to do it with a dao loop on the recordset but haven't got the time.
