Write some Software

I need a small program written in VB6 that can be integrated into a larger existing program. The purpose of the program is to accept shape descriptions and heights, and offsets/rotations and to create very small assembled Step/STP models from these shapes. For instance, I would like to provide a description something like the following to describe a specific shape: Rectangle, x=200, y=500, z=20, offsetx=1250, offsety=3000, rotationx=0rotationy=0, originx=100, originy=0 Then I would like to collect several of these together to create an assembly of shapes, like the following: units=mil Rectangle, x=200, y=500, z=20, offsetx=1250, offsety=3000, rotationx=0,rotationy=0, originx=100, originy=0 Circle, dia=500, x=300, y=300, z=1200, offsetx=1270, offsety=3000, Rotationx=90,rotationy=0, originx=0, originy=0 .. .. etc. The result would need to be exported into a simple STEP/STP ascii file. In general I would like the unit of measure to mils or MM provided as a default header. I would expect each shape to be reviewed and appropriate inputs negotiated. Providing a color/material for each shape would be required. It is possible to use pre-written routines for this, but the routines must be distributable without restriction. It must run stand alone for testing and debug. Preferably this would have a menu for selecting a shape and its options that would then create the appropriate syntax for a specific shape or collection of shapes and feed this to our expected code for testing. The bidder should have an excellent command of English, should have some experience writing step files and 3 d models and should have experience with VB6.
