CREATE KIJIJI AUTO (ADS) POSTING TOOL/WIDGET/SOFTWARE

Create a tool to enable automatic deletion and automatic re posting of advertisements within the Kijiji free advertising system. The desired program or tool will allow us to delete a listing when it gets bumped off of page 1 on the Kijiji site and re-list the same information (to include photos and YouTube URL) in order to re-post the listing at the top of page 1. Kijiji currently allows 3 free advertisements at one time only in the real estate classified section in order for listings to get high traffic they must appear only on page 1. The successful software or program must not be banned or black listed by Kijiji or be contrary to their rules and regulations when using their system. Ideally Kijiji should not notice this tool is being utilized so therefore it must appear "invisible" To the system.
