Add Capabilities to Existing Open Source Software

Your task will be to take Inkscape; an Open Source program and make it able to edit multiple PDFs at a time. It currently only edits one PDF at a time, we would like it to work with all pages in a PDF. The ability to add and delete pages, and to rearrange them is required. We are re-purposing the application only for our internal PDF needs. This code must be kept private and cannot be shared.
