We need a cloud based software ERP product developed for a niche retail industry. Subscriber shall visit our website, register and try our product. If they like it (which they must), may buy subscription via payment gateway, configure it and start using for their business. It is a multi user model where all the users under a subscription will work together to achieve a common goal. Bidders must be well aware and have worked on following business roles in their previous projects with strong acumen towards creating a world class product. This project is classified into following modules:

1. Super Admin (Product owner)

2. Administrator (Product subscriber)

3. Sales (Product user)

4. Cashier (Product user)

5. Production (Product user)

6. Inventory (Product user)

7. Human Resource (Product user)

8. Accounts (Product user)

Users will log on to their respective module and carry out their tasks on daily basis. Some of the functional features we require are:

1. On Premise System

Subscriber must have option to buy the software and install it on their private network which doesn't require Internet to work.

2. Multi Lingual

User can set their preferred language for the entire application. The product will focus entire global market.

3. Self Service Model

The product should be very easy to understand, configure and implement. There has to be least dependency on our support team for trouble shooting and set up. Complete illustrated User Manual, FAQs, demo videos has to be delivered along with the product. The program has to be intuitive in order to guide the user to implement and run it successfully.

4. Responsive design

User can use the product on any device including desktops, tablets and smartphones across all major OS.

5. Social Media Integration

Users can connect with their customer’s social media profile on all major social networking channels to broadcast offers and updates in private messages apart from SMSs and email. Users should also be able to suggest our product to their friends and relatives.
